4B. ActiveProspect / TrustedForm (Lead & Consent Documentation)
We may use ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm (or similar services) in connection with lead intake forms to help document the context of a consumer’s submission and help us demonstrate compliance with applicable consent-to-contact requirements. TrustedForm may collect and store certain information associated with a form submission and the associated interaction for recordkeeping and verification purposes.
